If your provider isn't of the dodgy kind then this blacklisting is probably in error and will be cleared by the blacklist operators after a while. Plain text with no links including your signature seemed to help. If the spammer's message can't be delivered for any reason, the receiving host will send back a bounce or non-delivery report to the address in the 'From:' line. For more than a few years now, spam and viruses have been spoofing usernames to hide their tracks. And in the meantime, delete those undeliverable messages because you can't do much about them anyway. It may be absolutely true that the message is being rejected locally by Outlook.
